The Trauma Recovery Collaborative
Expert Trauma Care When You Need It Most
Trauma Recovery Collaborative (TRC) is a trauma informed group practice helping adults and couples heal from trauma and painful relationship dynamics, including narcissistic abuse, attachment wounds, complex family systems, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and chronic stress.
If you’re exhausted from never feeling “good enough,” weighed down by shame, fear, sadness, or hopelessness, you don’t have to do this alone. We offer a steady, judgment free space to help you rebuild self trust, reconnect with your identity, and learn practical tools that actually work in real life.
Our clinicians use evidence based and body aware approaches like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment focused therapy, somatic interventions, and couples therapy (including the Gottman Method). The goal is not to “fix” you. It’s to help you feel grounded in yourself, clearer in your relationships, and more in charge of your own life.
TRC also offers intensives for deeper, more focused work, plus workshops, classes, and support groups to build skills and connection over time. For fellow clinicians, we provide trainings that translate trauma informed care into practical, ethical tools you can use immediately.
